One-to-One Sessions

One-to-one sessions are available for those that are apprehensive in starting or want a personal tailored postural assessment and work out plan based on their body, sport and/or condition. This allows the receiver to gain a good grounding in the exercises and to ask any questions that they may have. 

An initial one-to-one session lasts for one hour and 20 minutes and involves a questions and answer session based on the participants current lifestyle and daily activities. Suitable exercises will be taught and a follow up work out plan will then be given to the participant to try at home.

My one-to-one sessions can take place at either physiotherapy clinic in the West End of Glasgow or the Southside. You can also plan your session at your own place or mine! You can book below and I will get in touch or give me a call on 07876473381 to arrange or chat over.
